General Information on Non-IRA Investments
The heartbeat of the BGC Cornerstone Fund is to
offer competitively priced loans to Converge Worldwide (BGC), districts, and ministries
to enhance their ministries. The funds for these projects are available
because of our individual and church investors.
Investment Options include:
Individuals
- Term Certificates (6 months – 5 years)
- Demand Certificates
Churches
- Term Certificates (6 months – 5 years)
- Church Savings Certificates ($5,000 minimum balance)
Why invest in a Cornerstone Fund Certificate?
- Funds are used to offer financing for projects to Converge Worldwide (BGC) churches,
districts, and other Converge Worldwide (BGC) ministries.
- You are able to determine how often you will receive your earnings
on term certificates: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or
have them re-invested to earn greater returns.
- The Fund and its predecessor (Revolving Building Trust) have never
missed a payment of interest or principal owed to an investor.
- The Fund is accountable to a Board of Directors.
- Tiered interest rates allow you to earn even greater interest as your balance increases.
