 Crystal Cove Community Church Crystal Cove Community Church in Palm Harbor, FL is a 9 year old church that initially began meeting in a storefront property. The church called this property home for the first 2 years of their existence. During that time they saved and were able to purchase a piece of land where they met for the next 4 years. During this time they worshiped outside under a tent on their property! Financing from the Fund has allowed Crystal Cove Community to build a new facility on this land. The permanent facility has enabled them to increase all aspects of their ministry, helping them to more effectively reach out to the local community in ways that they were unable to do previously. Their new building has enabled them to start new ministry programs for all ages as well as open a church library. Since the permanent facility has been built; they have seen their worship attendance grow from 27 to over 150 people each week. The have also experienced steady growth in church membership and the number of baptisms occurring each year. Pastor Phil Engelman states, “It’s a wonderful experience to realize a ministry dream come true with the help of the BGC Cornerstone Fund. And to think the investors are together making it possible.”
